"Church Basement Ladies"
A heavenly and hilarious new musical comedy
that’s selling out nationwide! A celebration of the church basement kitchen
and the women who work there, Church Basement Ladies is the
tale of four women as they organize the food and solve the problems of a
Minnesota church. They stave off potential disasters and keep the Pastor in
line while thoroughly enjoying, (and tolerating) each other as the true
"steel magnolias" of the church. It’s funny and down to earth, and you’ll
laugh out load as the church year unfolds from below the house of God.

Ken Page in "Page by Page"
Best known for his Broadway turns in Cats,
Ain’t Misbehavin’, and The Wiz, St. Louis native Ken Page is one
of the nation’s most recognized theater performers. Appearing regularly on
the Muny stage as well as directing regional and touring productions, he has
had a remarkable and influential career in both the US and London’s West
End. His new solo concert, “Page by Page” makes its area debut on our
series, recounting his extraordinary career on the stage. We are honored to
present
Mr. Page as part of our series.

The FFAC will
be hosting a benefit Holiday Reception with the performers following this

The Twin Cities Community Gospel Choir, led by the “Pavarotti of Gospel”
Robert Robinson, has been making headlines for their soul-shaking three-part

backgrounds and ages, the choir brings audiences to their feet through their
celebration of music of spirituality. Singular in its diversity and power
of expression, the Twin Cities Community Gospel Choir is sure to be one of

Cashore Marionettes "Life in Motion"
A stunning work of art and performance! Joseph Cashore, an award-winning
visual artist and puppeteer, has been designing and performing his unique
art form for more than 30 years. A recipient of a Henson Foundation grant
to bring his marionettes to adult audiences, he has developed this
sensational new work about our perceptions of ordinary life through the
finest details. You’ve never seen anything like it!

Golden Dragon Acrobats
Back by popular demand! Direct from Hebei,
China, the Golden Dragon Acrobats have toured all 50 states and 65 countries
to perform astounding physical feats and celebrate the rich tradition of
Chinese culture. We are pleased to welcome them back to our series with
their brand new show, a celebration of the 2008 summer Olympics.
